As you will know from listening to the latest podcast or following the news on Facebook or Twitter, the Chelsea family lost one of their own last weekend. Matthew Harding Lower season ticket holder – Kyle Broadbent. Kyle tragically died whilst working with his Father, and was a popular lad with many of the home and away faithful. One of Kyle’s mates – Ed Sokalowski has organised a walk from Euston to Stamford Bridge before the match against Newcastle this Saturday. Ross, Paul and Darren from the Chelsea FanCast will be going. If you want to join them, pay your respects, celebrate Kyle’s life and raise a glass after at the Prince of Wales Pub, then here are the details: https://www.facebook.com/events/105568462926424/
Ed has written a very touching tribute to his mate which is well worth a read: http://edsokolowski.wordpress.com/2012/08/20/57/ and he has also set up a PayPal account if any of you wish to make a donation to Kyle’s family.Just log in to your PayPal account and send money to this email address: kyles.fund@gmail.com
A far worthier donation than ‘Buying the Boys a Beer’ I would add!!
Hope you can make it and if you can spare it, make a donation.
