Stamford Chidge is joined by Jonathan Kydd, Dan Silver and Tony Glover to discuss the woeful loss against Sunderland and much much worse what looks like being the end for ‘Captain, Leader, Legend’ John Terry.
As if this shithouse of a season wasn’t bad enough, losing to Sunderland after being 2-1 up was royally capped off by Captain Leader Legend JT being sent off in the last minute. His red card brings with it a 2 match ban thereby meaning that it might well be the last time we see JT in a Chelsea shirt. Is this the end for JT? If so what a horrible way to end the career of arguably Chelsea’s greatest ever player. If only the end of this shambles of a season could come quicker.
On the show tonight we’ll be asking if this really is the end for JT and asking if he is Chelsea’s greatest ever player.
In part two we’ll be asking why Guus ignored the youth again and has his 2nd tenure in charge been all that. We’ll discuss the massive job that Conte has on his hands – and will he actually be allowed to manage or will the board interfere yet again. And with a triumphant title winning Ranieri returning to the Bridge next Sunday we ask how should he be remembered – savior or failure?
