Two good wins this week, against Norwich and Steua Bucharest, as Jose looks to have settled upon the back seven on the team sheet. But when Norwich equalised, Jose showed us the difference between a poor manager and a great one by introducing subs and tactics which turned the match in our favour bagging all three points in the process.
