Wednesday night saw the final unveiling of all four flags celebrating our European trophies. The flags have been a real highlight this season – look fantastic and add a certain something to the atmosphere. More than that, two of the Chelsea FanCast’s own – Darren “Dazza Mental” Mantle & Paul “Pablo” Jeffrey are instrumental in sorting the display out from the Matthew Harding end. Massive, massive thanks must go to ‘Mr X’ who puts his hand in his pocket to make all this happen and helps to smooth things over with the club.

Before the Match, yours truly finally ventured in to the Finborough Arms – a pub I have not visited since the 1980’s when it was err, somewhat different. Ok so it’s a bit of trek from the ground and as a result I missed my usual visit to the cfcuk stall (I’m convinced this is why we lost!!), and apart from selling some excellent beer, the atmosphere in there was superb. For me it’s all about the before and after and in particular meeting up with mates before the game. The Finborough was like a who’s photo1who of most people I know at Chelsea and a good time was had by all – not least Walter Otton who was dishing out the Bakewell Tart shots!! They went down well. But great to see so many usual suspects in there – too many to name check them all!

Final nomination goes to the Chelsea support who showed their ‘class’ by not only booming out a massive Chelsea Chelsea Chelsea at the final whistle, and applauded the team off, but stayed to photo3applaud the Atletico Madrid off. We are not known for being good losers, but we know our football and when we have been beaten fair and square by a decent team.

If you want to vote for your Celery Moment nomination then all you have to do is vote below. We will be revealing the results and discussing what we voted for on the Chelsea FanCast on Monday 5th May. Watch the show live at 19.00-21.00 GMT (Voting closes at 19.30 GMT) by going to sportstonightlive.com or on this website here or of course you can listen and post in the chat room at Mixlr
