It’s that time of the year again, and for our last show of the season on Monday May 19th at 19.00 BST we will be revealing the winners of the ‘Chelsea FanCast Season Awards’.
But in order to that we need you lot to all vote!! The boys discussed the nominations on the Chelsea FanCast #288 to nail down this year’s nominations, and you can now vote for them. You will have until 19.30 BST on Monday May 19th to get your votes in.
