And the nominations are:

Graheme Kincey – a long time listener to the Chelsea FanCast sadly passed away a few weeks ago. I was delighted, by chance,  to meet his family at the game, in the Gate 17 bar at half-time, where I learned that a couple of mates had given up their tickets so that Graheme’s family could come to Stamford Bridge, watch the game together and honour his memory. I don’t know who the guys who gave up their tickets were but I think it was an outstanding gesture. Well played.

The advertising boards around the Bridge sporadically advertised a charity announcing ‘Help an underprivileged Londoner’ was it a coincidence that this appeared on the boards just before QPR equalised? Chelsea seemed to take the message to heart obviously feeling that QPR were underprivileged Londoners promptly let a goal in!

Finally, it was a bit gloomy inside Stamford Bridge at the start of the game yesterday (although it was bright and sunny outside). After 20 minutes or so we realised why as the hefty new LED lights exploded in to life. Clearly someone had forgotten to turn them on at the start of the game.

If you want to vote for the Celery Moment then all you have to do is vote below. We will be revealing the results and discussing what we voted for on the Chelsea FanCast on Monday 3rd November. Watch the show live at 19.00-21.00 GMT (Voting closes at 19.30 GMT) by going to sportstonightlive.com or on this website here or of course you can listen and post in the chat room at Mixlr or here

Please give it to my friend Grahame. The Chelsea family made an excellent gesture, a gentlemanly one, in the name of one of our dearly departed Blue brothers. Thank you to them so very much.
