This particular fixture is characterised with an extensive history. There have been 177 meetings between Liverpool and Chelsea, 61 of those games have resulted in victory for the Londoners, 39 have concluded with the score even, while the reds have been victorious on 77 occasions.

It’s safe to say that Liverpool flaunt the historical superiority with regards to this certain fixture, however one does sense that the tide is beginning to sway towards the royal blue shores of Chelsea.
