Alex Sandro could be on his way to Stamford Bridge.

According to the Daily Telegraph, the Blues have been given a boost in their chase of Juventus’ left-back Alex Sandro. The Brazilian was the subject of sustained Chelsea interest throughout the entirety of the summer transfer window, and it is likely that the Blues will reinvigorate their interest in the forthcoming January transfer window.

It was well recognised that Sandro was one of Chelsea’s primary transfer targets over the course of the summer window, yet the Blues were reluctant to pay £80M for his services.

Nonetheless, the Telegraph now report that Juve could be prepared to sell Sandro for £50M in the January window after the player disclosed that he is unhappy at the Italian giants.

It is likely that the story will continue to develop over the course of future weeks and it has the potential to be one of the most significant transfers of the January window.
