Excellent news for Moses!

Chelsea’s Victor Moses has been named the Nigerian Player of the Year by the Nigeria Football Federation following a tremendous 2017.

Before the arrival of Antonio Conte, Moses was viewed as a fringe player in the Chelsea squad who had been discarded to Liverpool, Stoke and West Ham on loan. He is currently valued at £16.2M by transfermarkt.

However, the Nigerian international experienced revitalisation under the expert guidance of Conte, and he formed a crucial component of the team that won the Premier League last season with 93 points.

Additionally, the converted wing-back helped his country secure their place at the World Cup in Russia with one game to spare.

The 27-year-old continues to be an instrumental figure for the Blues this season, and he has amassed over 100 appearances for the club. In fact, Moses has played for Chelsea on 108 occasions scoring a total of 17 goals.
