It’s not been easy for Chelsea and Antonio Conte this season in the Premier League.

The Blues currently sit in fifth place in the table after a poor season which has seen them lose four of their last six league matches.

After winning the Premier League title last season in impressive fashion, the west London side were expected to compete at the very top, but it just hasn’t happened.

Conte’s undoubtedly under pressure at Stamford Bridge, and there is every chance that the Blues could axe Conte in the summer.

We have identified some of the possible candidates to replace him…

Luis Enrique

The former Barcelona boss is the bookmakers favourite to take the job, and it may be worth utilising a a bet and take a punt on him taking the top job at Stamford Bridge.

Enrique has not been working since opting to take a year-long sabbatical from football iin April of last year.

Enrique won one Champions League title, as well as two league and cup doubles with La Masia during his three-year stint there, so he does come with pedigree.

Guus Hiddink

The Russian boss is always touted for the job at Stamford Bridge if a manager’s future is on the rocks at Chelsea.

He would be a logical replacement, albeit in the short-term.

Massimiliano Allegri

The current Juventus boss has done a fine job since taking the job at the Serie A giants from Antonio Conte.

Allegri has delivered three Serie A titles and two Champions League finals in what has been a great tenure for him in charge of the Old Lady.

Chelsea would be foolish not to consider him.

Diego Simeoni

The Atletico Madrid manager is renowned for his erratic touchline passion and it would almost be a like-for-like replacement for Antonio Conte.

The fiery Argentinian would certainly ruffle some feathers in the Chelsea dressing room and you get the impression that this is what the team need.

It would cost Chelsea a hefty sum to lure him away from the La Liga side to them, but it could be money well spent.
