According to the London Evening Standard, Borussia Dortmund are keen to sign Michy Batshuayi in the forthcoming transfer window.
The Belgian striker joined the German club on loan in January, yet his season with the Bundesliga outfit has been cut short due to an ankle injury.
During his 14 appearances for Dortmund, the 24-year-old impressed, and he amassed a total of nine goals.
Understandably, the King of Twitter has been frustrated with his game time at Chelsea, and he was receiving continuous first-team involvement at Dortmund before his injury.
The Blues rejected Dortmund’s request to include an option to buy in Bathsuyai’s loan deal. However, it seems that Chelsea will have to give serious thought to the prospect of losing the Belgian over the course of the summer transfer window.
