Potentially concerning news for Chelsea supporters.
According to Paris United, as cited by Sky Sports, Paris Saint-Germain are interested in the services of Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante.
Kante – who is valued at £54M by transfermarkt – has been sighted as the ideal candidate to bolster Paris’ midfield. The report also states that the 27-year-old’s agent views the potential move as favourable.
That said, Kante has reiterated his willingness to stay at Chelsea on numerous occasions. Furthermore, it would be nigh on impossible to identify and acquire an adequate replacement.
In light of the absence of Champions League football, it’s crucial that the Blues retain their best players, and Kante is certainly one of the most accomplished talents at their disposal.
If Chelsea are to maintain their recent success, then the likes of Kante and Hazard should be kept at the club, regardless of potential interest.
