Stamford Chidge is joined by Jonathan Kydd and Mark Meehan, cfcuk writer and co-author of ‘Eddie Mac, Eddie Mac’ to mull over the latest Chelsea news and look back at Chelsea’s 1975-76 season.

On the show tonight, with football returning in Germany, we discuss what we think of it and are there any lessons to be learnt if and when it happens here. We also talk Luca Vialli after his excellent interview in the Guardian about his battle with cancer.

In parts two and three we continue our ’50 Years of Chelsea’ series looking back at the 1975-76 season. Chelsea now find themselves in Division 2 for the first time since 1963, but with Eddie MCcreadie in charge, the old guard are replaced with Chelsea’s bright young stars of the future led by Ray Wilkins. But it is not plain sailing and there appears to be a lot of work to do.

In part four we wrap up with your emails.
