One step forward, two steps backward, and no steps beyond (!) as we lose to Man City on Wednesday and then draw against Sp*rs on Saturday. What seemed like tired and timid performances in both matches look to have done our prospects of finishing in the top four no good at all. The boys try to make some sense of it all, and try and work out what will happen in the last 8 games of the run in and ask can Chelsea make the top four?
This week’s Match Awards – the ‘Fannies’ – for Man of the Match, Chant of the match, Guinness and Celery moments, are duly doled out as always and we’ve got another terrace classic in “Shall We Sing A Song For You!”; and look back fondly on a player from the past in “DLBIA”.
