Chelsea Pitch Owners

The Chelsea Pitch Owners was set up by Ken Bates in 1992 in order to protect Stamford Bridge from being purchased by nefarious developers and ensure that Chelsea and football would continue to be played on our hallowed turf in perpetuity. As a result, we are the only supporters who can lay claim to ‘owning’ the ground a privileged and powerful position indeed. Thousands of Chelsea supporters own shares on the Chelsea Pitch Owners company and as a result have a stake in the freehold of Stamford Bridge. The Chelsea Pitch Owners aim remains to ensure that Chelsea Football Club will remain playing football at Stamford Bridge

If you want to own a little bit of Chelsea and protect the future of the club go and buy a share you can find out how to buy a share for around £100 by emailing info@chelseapitchowners.com or check out chelseafc.com/fans/chelsea-pitch-owners and follow them on twitter @pitchowners

Chelsea in America

From the day we started the Chelsea FanCast we have enjoyed tremendous support from Chelsea in America whom we lovingly call ‘The CIA’. CIA is a coalition of Official Chelsea Supporters Groups in the USA and headed by friend of the show ‘Queen’ Beth Wild. If you are a Chelsea supporter from the USA your first port of call has to be CIA for places to meet fellow Chelsea supporters and places to watch Chelsea matches; gatherings for Chelsea tours and most important how to get a match ticket for your long awaited trip to Stamford Bridge. From our point of view thanks to CIA we have met many Chelsea supporters from the States who have become great friends often meeting us for a match and a good drink in the Pubs in Chelsea.

The Beautiful Game

The Beautiful Game are a British rock band from Camden, London. Their influences include The Jam, The Clash, Oasis, The Smiths and The Libertines. More important they have 3 Chelsea supporters – Jason, Loz and Pablo -amongst their ranks and kindly allowed us to use one of their songs – ‘Getting By, But Only Just’ as our title music on the show. Their gigs are loud and rowdy and they are a great bunch so check out their music and go and see one of their gigs!
