Who ate all the Chicken Balti Pies? The Chelsea Football FanCast #135

Chidge, Dr Mart and ChelTel are joined by Oscar Karlstrom and David Rindelov from Chelsea Swedish Blues. The lads discuss the Blackburn game, give out the weekly awards, and belt out some classic Shed songs. Not forgetting a very drunk Dear Mart and You’re on CFFC!

The crew dissects the Blackburn game and decides that winning when not playing well is clearly why Chelsea are Champions. Yuri Zhirkov takes the plaudits, as well as praise for two well taken goals, and a world class performance from Petr Cech for keeping Blackburn out. Oh, and thank God for Jason Roberts. We also have some interesting candidates for Guinness and Celery moments, and Man and Chant of the match, as well as the nominations for the October Goal and Player of the Month.

In “We’re out to show the World the Way to Sing”, we carry on the theme of classic songs from the Shed, and have a couple of nuggets which might even get your platform heels and flares out of the closet…so to speak. Either way, ChelTel gets all misty eyed at the nostalgia!

Oscar gets put through the Chelsea FanCast initiation rite of “60 Second Fan”, and we learn all about the Chelsea Swedish Blues and the legendary Harri Hemmi.

And a ‘tired and emotional’ Dr Mart has clearly been taking too much medicine but just about manages to answer questions on a new song for Liverpool and Stamford Bridge naming rights. Keep taking the medicine Dr Mart!

Finally, Chidge has the best of the week’s posts in “You’re on CFFC”.
