Crystal Palace has been boosted ahead of their next Premier League fixture against the Champions.

While we’ve enjoyed an indifferent start to our title defence, the Eagles have endured possibly the worst start to a league season in Premier League history. In their opening seven games, Palace has recorded seven straight defeats. Their woes are worsened while considering that they’ve conceded 17 goals and have failed to score once in the league this season.

They’re also experiencing severe depletion in the striker position following Christian Benteke’s injury. Nevertheless, hope is not lost for the Palace fans – which is to our detriment – as their best player, Wilfried Zaha has returned to full training.

The 24-year-old has only featured once in the league for the Eagles this season, yet his presence will undeniably enhance the standard of their team ahead of our Premier League clash on the 14th of October at Selhurst Park.
