Swansea City have endured a miserable start to their new Premier League campaign. They’re currently positioned in 19th place in the division having amassed only nine points from a possible 39.
Paul Clement’s position as the Swans’ manager is precarious, to say the least, and despite their relatively decent defensive record, they’ve had great difficulty in converting their chances in front of goal.
The absence of Sigurdsson and Llorente has had a tangible and detrimental effect on Swansea’s capacity to perform. Given the disappointing form of Renato Sanches, their side is seemingly devoid of game changers.
