Here’s our starting eleven for our upcoming Carabao Cup game against Bournemouth.

It’s that time again, are you infected by cup fever? Without question, the league cup isn’t one of the most reputable trophies available for players to win. Nonetheless, the opportunity to win silverware should motivate any player.

The last time that the Blues won the competition was in the 2014/15 campaign, with that indelible 2-0 Wembley win against Tottenham Hotspur. Given that Manchester City are virtually running away with the league, it would be brilliant to forge similar memories this season.

Chelsea’s quarter-final opponents, Bournemouth, have had an incredibly awkward start to the new season. While they’ve performed well in the Carabao Cup, they have struggled in the league. The Cherries are currently situated in 16th place in the division and have failed to win their previous six games, failing to score in three of those matches.

Here’s our starting XI to face the Cherries, the picture was made by http://startingeleven.co.uk/
