The Spaniard has struggled for goals of late.

Alvaro Morata has been in impressive form since transferring to the Blues from Real Madrid in the summer. In 21 appearances for the Blues this season, the Spaniard has scored ten goals and provided four assists.

However, his form has experienced a deterioration in recent times. The 25-year-old has only scored one goal in his last six games in all competitions for the Champions. Similarly, he has only scored three goals in his previous ten appearances for the club, which perhaps signals the need to recuperate.

Michy Batshuayi has been waiting patiently to return to first-team action following his Malleolar injury. The Belgian striker has scored an impressive total of seven goals this season, and he’ll be yearning to make a purposeful impression if given the opportunity to impress by Antonio Conte.
