Nathan has joined Belenenses on loan for the remainder of the season.
Chelsea have confirmed that 21-year-old Nathan has departed the club on loan for the rest of the season.
The Blues signed Nathan from Atlético Paranaense for a fee believed to be in the region of £4.5M at the start of the 2015/16 season.
Despite not making a single first-team appearance for the Blues, Nathan impressed on loan at Vitesse. The Brazilian youngster amassed 51 appearances for the Dutch side over the course of two seasons, scoring a total of seven goals.
Additionally, he helped Vitesse win their first major honour as they won the KNVB Cup last season. Instead of staying on loan in Holland, Chelsea opted to send Nathan on loan to Amines in France at the beginning of this campaign.
Much to everyone’s dismay, the move failed to materialise, and Nathan only registered three first-team appearances.
