We’re taking a historical look at Chelsea v Leicester City ahead of tomorrow’s vital FA Cup clash.

Following Chelsea’s failure in the Champions League on Wednesday night, the FA Cup resembles the Blues’ last opportunity to win silverware.

Of course, the Premier League champions reached the final of the FA Cup last campaign – a final that resulted in a 2-1 triumph for Arsenal.

We’ve used the website, 11v11, to look at the history of Chelsea’s fixture against Leicester City. There have been 111 meetings between the two teams, Chelsea have been victorious on 55 occasions. On the other hand, Leicester have registered 25 triumphs against the Blues, while the remaining 31 fixtures were draws.

Given Chelsea’s form this season, the Blues will be incredibly eager to extend their good run against the Foxes tomorrow. Antonio Conte’s side are undefeated in their previous six games against Leicester, winning four and drawing two.

Here’s hoping that run continues tomorrow!
