Dom Fifield, The Guardian’s London Football Correspondent ESPN’s joins us on the phone to talk about Friday’s press conference where Maurizio Sarri answered questions on possible squad rotation and team selection for the West Ham & Slavia Prague matches; Loftus-Cheek & Hudson-Odoi impressing for Chelsea against Brighton; the atmosphere at Stamford Bridge and the future of Gonzalo Higuain.

Looking back to the Chelsea v Brighton match we ask are happy days back at the Bridge again and has Sarri redeemed himself by picking Loftus-Cheek and Hudson-Odoi? With Loftus-Cheek stamping his class and authority on the Brighton match capping it off wit a superb goal we ask has he come of age as a Chelsea player? And with Gonzalo Higuain struggling is Olivier Giroud head (beard) & shoulders above him at the moment? With Eden Hazard putting in yet another sublime display, with rumours still persisting about an imminent move to Real Madrid is it time to savour his last few Chelsea matches?

Chelsea put in a woeful performance against Cardiff last weekend but still managed to win in part due to Willian’s hair obscuring the linesman’s view of a clear offside. With Chelsea’s away support continually chanting ‘We want Sarri out’ is it a help or hindrance and why do so many Chelsea fans want Sarri out?

Looking ahead to Chelsea v West Ham on Monday should Sarri keep the same starting 11 and are West Ham a bogey side for Chelsea? In the ‘Opposition View’ Brian from Blowing Bubbles discusses complacency and consistency being a problem at West Ham; the disruptive Arnautovic saga and just how good is Declan Rice and will West Ham be able to keep him? Hiow does Brian see the match going and what is his prediction.

We wrap up by discussing how we see Chelsea v West Ham going and give our match predictions as well as the answers to the Chelsea FanCast quiz: How many Chelsea players have played for West Ham?

All this plus calls from Ruki from Canada; Yannick from Surrey and Daniel from Sweden.
