Chelsea FanCast on Love Sport Radio – the only 100% Chelsea show on the radio! Stamford Chidge and Clayton Beerman join Johnny Burrow to look back at Chelsea’s week, including a trip to Boston to support Roman Abramovich’s ‘Final Whistle on Hate’.

Chelsea played a match in America against New England Revolution last week in support of Roman Abramovich’s campaign against anti-semitism, but with a European Final a matter of week’s away should the team have been playing this match at all? It seems that Sarri thought as much given his public absences but was he sending the club a message?

The foolishness of the match was put in to sharp focus with a season ending injury to Ruben Loftus-Cheek, but what does this say about Chelsea’s current injury crisis with injuries to Ruben, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Rudiger, Kante and Ampadu? Is it just bad luck or is there a pattern emerging that may have something to do with Sarri’s training regimen and lack of squad rotation.

With the transfer window officially opening this week, we enter the annual period of rumour and madness. With Hazard looking very likely to leave and Luiz signing a contract extension, what are the other likely in and outs for Chelsea and will it all depend on whether the Transfer Ban is imposed.

We say bollocks to UEFA for staging the Europa League final in Baku! It means an expensive and logistical nightmare for many fans wanting to go and many who follow the team loyally, home and away, at every match are unable to go. How can the clubs help? How many fans will make it to the match? How important is to win the Final?

And finally, with conflicting rumours circulating about the future of Maurizio Sarri, should he be given credit for Chelsea finishing 3rd in the league and reaching a domestic and a European final? Has it actually been a successful first season for Sarri? Will his relationship with the fans & club count against him? Will Sarri go back to Italy and will Frank Lampard & Jody Morris replace him?
