photo9There were some excellent moments in the Chelsea v Galatasary match worthy of a Guinness Moment nomination.

First up, Eto’o’s opening goal which settled the nerves and really ensured that we progressed to the next round. Beautifully set up buy Hazard’s ball to Oscar who put in an inch perfect pass in to Eto’o who finished it with a great strike. A proper strikers goal from a player who the Chelsea supporters are increasingly warming to.

later there was an excellent move between Hazard and Oscar again which led to Frank Lampard getting on the end of it. Sadly he could not find the finish to end a beautiful move. Nevertheless, superb football.

Our final nomination goes to Eden Hazard who went on an incredible run from his own half towards the Galatasary penalty area. Once in the area he twisted and turned leaving the Galatasary defender on his arse in the process. He finally got the ball to Oscar who took too much time and wasted the opportunity, but yet again another stunning run by Hazard.
